4 Tbsp butter, divided
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups shrimp, deveined, tails off (if frozen, thaw) - can be cooked or not
1 large head broccoli, chopped
1 (8 oz) package sliced mushrooms
1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme

1. In a large skillet, melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp, if cooked, just stir until heated through. If shrimp are uncooked, stir until cooked. Remove from pan, set aside.

2. Melt remaining 2 Tbsp butter in skillet. Add broccoli and mushrooms to skillet. Stir in basil, thyme and oregano. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add zucchini. Cook until zucchini is tender.

3. Add shrimp back to skillet and stir together ingredients until shrimp is heated through. Serve immediately over cooked spaghetti.

This was the very first recipe I ever cooked by myself and I've been making it ever since. It's a very quick and easy recipe, and super tasty! The quantities probably aren't exact - I typically just eyeball this.
