1/3 c cooking oil
1 (10 oz) can of drained sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
1/2 c flour
1 c boiling water
2 oxo chicken cubes
1 1/2 c light cream or milk
1/2 c sliced pimento
1/2 c sliced stuffed olives
salt and pepper
3 tbsp. sherry (optional)
3 c diced cooked chicken or turkey
2 egg yolks slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in oil. Add flour and stir until blended. Add Oxo chicken cubes dissolved in boiling water and mushroom liquid. Stir in cream. Cook over low heat until thick. Add pimento and chicken. Season to taste. Heat thoroughly. Stir a little hot sauce into slightly beaten yolks and return to remaining sauce stirring constantly. Add sherry. Serve over patty shells
