1 medium onion chopped
1 medium carrot chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c bit sized chunks cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 can water
1 can (10 oz) peas drained

Directions:
Directions:
In 8 c casserole combine onion, carrot, celery and butter. Cover and microwave at high 5 to 7 min or until vegetables are just tender. Stir in chicken soup and water. Cover and microwave at medium 4 min stirring once until heated through. Stir in peas. cover and microwave at medium 2 min. Let stand covered 2 min. Serve over rice or pasta.
