1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c cooked chicken cubed
1 pkg (10 1/2 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
4 potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry 4 potatoes and then pierce the skin in three places. For uniform cooking place potatoes over muffin cups (or in a circle on a plate) and microwave 12 to 16 min on high power. It is not necessary to turn potatoes during cooking time. Microwave broccoli according to pkg directions. Drain. Mix soup, cheese and milk and microwave on medium power until cheese is melted. Add broccoli and chicken and microwave on medium power 3 min. Split each potato and top with chicken mixture and serve.
