1/3 c mayonnaise
1 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1/4 tsp basil leaves
1 1/2 boneless chicken or turkey breast
Bick's sweet mixed pickles
hot or sweet banana peppers
stuffed olives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, garlic and herbs. Mix well. Cut poultry into chunks about 1 14/" square. Add to mayonnaise mixture, stirring to coat thoroughly. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate overnight. Thread chicken and Bick's alternately on 6 skewers. Grill over hot coals turning frequently just until chicken is cooked through about 10 min. Serve plain or in warm tortillas, pita bread or rolls.
