2 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli spears
6 single chicken breasts cooked boned and sliced
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes crushed
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
2 c milk
2 c shredded Canadian Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil broccoli 1 min and drain well. Arrange in the bottom of a 2 L shallow baking dish. top with cooked chicken. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, chicken bouillon cubes, dry mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smoothly thickened and mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add cheese and stir until melted. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350ºF oven 25 to 30 min or until heated through.
