4-5 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced medium
1 onion, sliced thin

8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
salt & pepper

Directions:

Mix sauce together and pour over cucumbers and onions.

Best when marinated overnight.

I like the cucumbers sliced medium. I don't like when they're so thin that they're "wiggly".
