9 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
3 quarts whole milk
1/2 pint whipping cream
2 c whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and cover and refrigerate whites.

Beat yolks until light and fluffy. Add 1 c of the sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored.

Very slowly pour in whiskey and milk.

Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry, gradually adding remaining sugar.

Slowly pour whiskey mixture into whites and stir gently.

Whip the cream and fold into eggnog mixture. Fold and fold and fold again and let stand each time.
