2 Packages of Beef Stew Meat
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes (Hunts)
5 Red Potatoes (Cubed)
Half A Head of Garlic Minced
2 160z Beef Stock
1 Cup Frozen Peas
Half a Bag of Baby Carrots
1 1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine (Apothic)
1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic Salt to taste
Rosemary
2 Tbs Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Start with Minced garlic in a pan and cook until brown and then add beef stew meat and sear it in a little bit of balsamic vinaigrette and a tiny bit of red wine. While that's cooking add everything else above except the peas in the crock pot and turn it on high and then add the cooked meat and juices to the crock pot and let cook for 5 to 6 hours. About an hour or two before you are ready to serve add the frozen peas. Serve with sweet corn bread!
