2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb) broiler-fryers cut up
1/2 c flour
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ( 14 oz) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce with Tomato Bits
1 c dry sherry
1 c water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 c packaged precooked rice
1/2 c sliced stuffed green olives
10 oz can sliced mushrooms drained

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour and brown in oil. Add onion and garlic and cook lightly. Stir in Hunt's sauce, sherry, water, bouillon cubes, chili powder and salt. Cover tightly and simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 min. Sprinkle with olives and mushrooms.
