First Step

1 Cup - Boiling water
2 Tbsp. - Crisco - heaping
1 Tsp. - Salt
1/4 Cup - Sugar

Second Step

2 Tbsp. - Warm water
1 Tsp. - Sugar
1 Package - Yeast

Third Step

1 Egg
3 1/2 Cups - Flour
3 Tbsp. - Melted butter

First Step

Put first step ingredients in mixing bowl, stir until well dissolved, cool to luke warm.

Second Step

In measuring cup mix second step ingredients. This will begin to rise in a few minutes.

Third Step

Add beaten egg to first & second step ingredients, then add 3 1/4 cups of flour or a little more.

Grease top of dough turn it over and cover and place in refrigerator at least for 2 hours.

Make out rolls as desired.

Brush with melted butter & let rise.

Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
