Ingredients: 5 1/2 c Five Roses All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 envelope Fleischmann's Quick Rise Instant Yeast 2 c water 1/4 c vegetable oil

Directions:Set aside 1 c flour from total amount. Mix remaining flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Heat water and oil to 125-130º F or until hot to touch. Add to flour mixture; blend well. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic about 4 to 5 min. Cover and let rest 10 min. Divide dough in half for regular single crust pizzas or divide into 4 for double crust pizzas. Prepare according to selected recipe or freeze.
To use Fleischmann's Fast Rising (Traditional) yeast dissolve in 2 cups warm water 105-115ºF in a large warm bowl. Stir in salt, oil and w cups flour and blend well. Mix in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rest about 20 min. Punch dough down. Prepare according to selected recipe or freeze. |

Notes: Helpful Hint/Microwave Tips Freeze pizza dough in airtight freezer bags or aluminum foil. Flatten dough for easy stacking. Freeze up to 2 months. Defrost dough in plastic wrap at room temperature about 4 hours or Quick Defrost in microwave by placing dough beside 1 1/2 c boiling water. Microwave at medium low 6 to 7 min turning twice. Let stand 20 min and then knead and roll out.
