Granny's Streusel Apples Recipe

6 large apples - peeled, cored & sliced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 c water
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c flour
1/3 c butter
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apple slices in bottom of greased casserole. Mix cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and water together. Pour over apples.

Work brown sugar, flour and butter together until crumbly (i use my hands for this!)

Spread evenly over apples.

Bake at 400º for 40-45 minutes until apples are tender
