1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 oz. cream cheese, cut up
1 can Rotel, undrained
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Velveeta into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a large microwavable bowl. Add spinach, cream cheese, Rotel with juice and bacon crumbles. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
