1 (6 inch) brie cheese
1 tube crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Spread crescent roll dough in pie plate; set cheese in the senter. Pull up dough around the cheese, enclosing it completely. Pinch edges to seal and tim off excess dough. Brush with beaten egg if desiered. Bake 20 minutes in 350º oven. Slice into wedges and serve on crackers.
