3 medium ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning
1 large can refried beans
1 large green onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Pit and mash avocados, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Separately, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread refried beans on serving platter, cover evenly with all of sour cream-taco mixture. Next, is the chopped tomatoes, followed by seasoned avocado, then the olives and green onion and topped with the cheddar cheese. Great for dipping with nacho chips.
