1 lb Chuck or Round Steak (ground)
2 tbsp. oil
1 c diced onion
1 c diced green pepper
1 c diced celery
1 (4 oz) can button mushrooms with liquid
1 large can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
14 ts[ pepper
3/4 c rice
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in hot fat in dutch oven or large frying pan. Add remaining ingredients and cover tightly. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 min or until rice is tender stirring occasionally.
