2 cups shredded montery jack cheese
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
4 chicken breasts
1/3 cup chopped onion
8 tortillas (9 inch)
1 can enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cook the chicken and cut into bit size peices.
Saute onions.
Combine montery jack cheese, green chilies, onion
and chicken.
Spoon 1/2 cup chicken and cheese mixture down the
center of each tortilla and roll up.
Place the tortilla seam-side down in 9x13 inch baking
Serves 6
Prep time 15 minutes
Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the top and sprinkle
with cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
