2 lb ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cooking oil
seasoned salt
pepper
1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
3 tbsp. commercial chili sauce
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Shape meat lightly into 8 thick patties. Heat 1 tbsp. butter and oil in large heavy skillet and fry patties quickly until nicely browned on the outside and done to your liking inside (about 5 min a side leaves them a little pink in the middle). Put on hot platter and sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and pepper. Add 2 tbsp. butter to skillet. Add onions and cook gently stirring for 3 min. Stir in chili sauce. Stir in sour cream and heat but do not boil. Pour over meat patties and serve immediately.
