1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups rhubarb
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter, and egg. Add milk alternately with flour, salt, and soda. Stir in vanilla and finely cut rhubarb. Put in prepared 9x13 pan.
Mix ½ cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
