1 c a soupe de beurre
1/4 tasse d'oignons hachés
1/4 tasse de carottes hachées
1/4 de tasse de céleri haché
3 tasses de bouillon de poulet maison
1/4 tasse d'orge perlé non cuit
1 c a thé de base de bœuf
1 c a thé de persil séché
Sel et poivre au gout

Dans un chaudron, faites chauffer le beurre et faites-y revenir les oignons, carottes et le céleri. Ajoutez le bouillon de poulet, l'orge et la base de bœuf. Faites cuire 45 minutes à feu moyen .Ajoutez le persil. Salez et poivrez au gout.
