4 C cooked cut green beans
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C milk
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 2.8 oz can French's fried onions
2 16 oz packages jumbo buttermilk biscuit dough (16 biscuits)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Spray 16 (2 1/2-inch) muffing pan cups with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir green beans, soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and 2/3 cup French's onions. Roll each biscuit in a 4-inch circle. Press the biscuit circles into the bottoms and up the sides of the muffin pan cups. Divide the green bean mixture among the biscuit cups.
Bake 20 minutes, or until biscuit cups are golden brown. In a small bowl, stir remaining cheese and onions. Sprinkle over green bean mixture. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let mini's cool in pans on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
