6 baked sweet potatoes, peeled, cooled and mashed
3/4 C white sugar
2 eggs
1/3 C milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 C packed brown sugar
1 C chopped pecans
1/3 C flour
2/3 C melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Butter a 2 quart baking dish. Combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, ⅓ cup of the melted butter, milk and vanilla. Place mixture in prepared dish. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour, and remaining ⅓ cup melted butter. Sprinkle over top and bake for 35 minutes.
