1 pkg. spinach
1-2 cups sliced strawberries
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp. worcesteshire sauce
1 green onion - finely chopped
1 small package of slivered almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Clean spinach and strawberries. Mix in bowl. Set aside.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid. Shake well before serving. Can be made a day or two in advance.


Add slivered almonds or pine nuts or chopped nuts of your choice.
