20 Vanilla Wafers, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese , softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip, thawed, divided
3 medium ripe bananas
3 c. fat free milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla flavor fat free instant pudding

Mix wafers and margarine. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9 in. dish.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. stir in 1 1/2c. whipped topping.
Spoon mixture onto crust.
Cut bananas in half, and arrange over cream cheese mixture.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with whisk 2 min.
Spoon over bananas. Spread with remaining cool whip.

Refrigerate 3 hours
