Jalepeno Cheese Ball Recipe

1 jar Kraft Old English cheese
1 jar Kraft Pimento cheese
6 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 c.shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. onion juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pickled jalapeno peppers to taste
Small package of finely chopped pecans
Directions:

Mixed all of the ingredients except for the chopped pecans. Refrigerate at least a couple of hours to harden. Then roll into a ball and roll/cover with the pecans.

Hint: This is the original recipe. I usually add some cajun spice, extra garllic salt or minced garlic and about 1/2 c. more cheese. I've never tried it with the onion juice, but that would probably be great! Adding a little (1 Tbsp) of the juice from the jalepenos is also good. You can't go wrong either way.

The recipe came from my high school/college friend, Karen. She makes this for our girl get-togethers. I bring it to all of our family reunions. Always a hit!
