1 Box Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
6 - 8 Apples (McIntosh, Rome or Granny Smith)
½ C Sugar
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place bottom pie crust in pie pan. Preheat over to 375 º. Peel and slice the apples into a bowl. Add the sugar and Cinnamon and toss to coat. Place the apples into the pie crust, cut the butter into small chunks and distribute evenly over the apples. Carefully place the top crust over the apples. Seal the crust edges by pressing together and creating a sealed edge. Brush top pie crust with milk and prick with a fork or cut small slits into top pie crust. Place on middle oven rack and bake at 375 º for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Place a tray on the bottom oven rack to catch any drips.
