1 lb. mushrooms, coarsely sliced
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cop chopped onion
3 English muffins, buttered and diced into bite size pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, green pepper, celery and onions in a little butter. Combine vegetables and diced muffins in a casserole. Add 12 cup mayonnaise. Beat eggs and add wine and milk. Pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325º for 50-60 minutes. Ten minutes before casserole is done, top with cheese.
