Pillsbury Pie Crust (From the Refrigerated Section in the Grocery Store)
6 Slices Bacon, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Half & Half
5 Ounces Swiss Cheese, Diced or Shredded
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º F. Roll out pastry in 9 inch quiche pan or a shallow pie pan. Prick the base of the pastry shell and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reduce the oven to 350 º F. In a frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat, until crisp. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towel. Pour off most of the fat from the pan, add the onion and cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes until very soft and golden, stirring occasionally. Whisk together the eggs and cream and season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle half the cheese, spread the onion over the cheese and add the crumbled bacon. Then top with the remaining cheese. Pour the egg mixture and bake for 35 - 45 minutes until set. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
