6 C Prepared Black Tea (English Breakfast)
7 Whole Green Cardamom Pods (Lightly Crushed)
1 tsp Whole Fennel Seeds
5 Whole Black Peppercorns
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Quarter-Sized Slices of Fresh Ginger or 1 T Cracked Ginger
1 C Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brew the black tea. Remove the tea bags and add the spices. You can either add the spices into the tea and strain when done or add the spices to cheesecloth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir in the sugar and the milk. By the time the spices have steeped, the sugar will have dissolved. Strain and serve hot or refrigerate and serve over ice.
