Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 cans (28 oz each) Contadina tomato sauce
2 small cans Contadina tomato paste
2 regular size cans pinto beans (do not drain)
4 pkgs. Old El Paso chili seasoning mix
3 lbs hot sausage (remove casing)
2 lbs sweet sausage (remove casing)
1 lb lean ground beef
2 large red peppers, chopped
2 large yellow peppers, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat until browned, combine all but the tomato paste into a very large pot.
Wait 1 hour or so and then add the tomato paste. Simmer for 6 hours, stirring occasionally so it won't stick to the bottom of the pan.

Leftovers freeze very well.

The sausage I use comes from S&S Deli, but call ahead to make sure they have the hot sausage or order in advance.

You can also buy the sausage from Union Station Farms on Franklin St in Worcester
