1 Pound Great Northern Dried Beans
1 or 2 Slices Ham
1 Bag PicSweet Seasoning (Onion, Celery, Bell Peppers)

2 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
1 Dried Bay Leaf
5 Cups Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and soak beans in a large pot of cold water overnight. On the day you plan to cook the beans, place the water and ham in a large pot and boil on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Drain beans from the water they soaked in overnight and add them to the pot, along with the remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. As the beans begin to get tender, reduce heat to keep them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
