2 Chicken Breasts
6 Cups Water
6 Cubes Chicken Bollion
1/2 Onion (chopped)
3 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
1/2 Red Pepper (Chopped)
1 Cup Zucchini (Chopped)
Medium Yam (Cubed)
1-2 Potato (Cubed)
1/2 Can Black Beans (Drained)
1/2 Can Corn (Drained)
1 Cup Noodles (any kind)
1/2 t. Cumin
1/2 t. Oregano
1/4 t. Garlic
1 T. Chopped Cilantro
1/2 t. Taco Seasoning
Pepper and Salt
3 to 4 T. Tomato Paste

Top with:
Avocado (chopped)
Shredded Cheese
Corn Chips Crushed

Directions:
Cook Chicken in water broth until tender. Chop all vegetables and add to cooked chicken. Add all spices and cook for 40 minutes. Add noodles and cook until soft. Salt and Pepper to taste. Top with Avocado, cheese and corn chips.
