1 large can pineapple, drained
½ lb. mini marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
2 small cans or 1 large can drained fruit cocktail
1 few nuts

Dressing:
4 T. sugar
4 T. vinegar
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fruit, nuts and marshmallows (if using minis skip this step) and mix together.

Dressing:
Cook together until thick.
Cool.
Whip cream and fold into dressing.
Add fruit and nut mixture.
Freeze.

In preparing for a meal, cut into squares and, as you wish, place on lettuc.

My mother made this salad when we were children and we loved it. This was a regular at our Thanksgiving meal.
