1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained.
1 tube biscuits
1/2 c. ketchup
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 T chili powder
1 T cider vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Role the biscuits into circles and place in muffin cups.

3. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, and vinegar in a small bowl until smooth. Add to meat and mix well.

4. Fill muffin cups with meat mixture.

5. Place in oven until biscuits are brown. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
