Ingredients:  
3 -4 chicken breasts
1 sm. jar or can of mild salsa or chili dip (equal parts as soup)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (equal parts as salsa)
1 sm. can Ortega chilies
2 c. Cheddar cheese (or 1/2 jack 1/2 cheddar), grated
1 doz. corn tortillas (may be cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken. Remove skin and bones. Shred.

2. Combine soup and salsa.

3. Layer 4 tortillas, 1 chicken breast, 1/3 chilies, 1/3 sauce, then 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers (3 layers) and ending with cheese.

4. Bake at 375º until cooked through, about 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

5. Serve with extra salsa.
