1/2 stick butter
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in 13-by-9 inch baking pan. Place pan in preheated oven at 425º until butter is melted. Mix together corn flakes, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter and then coat with corn flake mixture. Place chicken, skin side down in the pan.
Bake uncovered, in 425º oven 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
