1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chunky salsa or picante sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup whole-kernel corn, drained
3/4 cup regular long-grain white rice
4 boneless chicken breast halves
Paprika
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in a 2-quart shallow casserole or baking dish. Top with the chicken and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cover with lid or foil. Back 45 - 55 minutes, or until the rice has soaked up all the liquid and the check is cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven for a minute or so to melt the cheese.
