1/4 c. Hoisin
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. rice wine vinegar
Mirin, fish sauce
1 t. sriracha
1 lg bok choy cut in 1 inch pieces
2 red peppers cut in 1/2 inch strips
1 lb small shitake mushrooms, stems removed, sliced
2 T. oil
1 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
Lime to finish
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Oven 450º
Foil to sheet pan.
Small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
Lg bowl, add veggies and put 3 T. hoisin sauce mix and the 2 T. oil. and toss
Add rest of hoisin to shrimp.
Toss veggies on pan. Put shrimp on top.
Roast 20 min. Squeeze lime. Top with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice of choice
