1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1-15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel original diced tomatoes and chilis
2-15 oz. cans tomato sauce
2-15 oz. can pinto beans, drained
2-15 oz. can dark kidney beans, drained
1 diced onion
1 diced bell pepper (use red bell pepper for sweeter flavor)
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Salt & Pepper

1. Cook and drain ground beef. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until tender.

2. Add all other ingredients and heat thoroughly at a low setting with no lid.

3. Serve topped with diced raw onions, grated cheese, or sour cream.

I usually cook this in a crock pot but you can cook on stovetop and simmer. Combine all ingredients and cook for at least 4 hours. Control spicy/heat with Ro-Tel and amount of chili powder. Great topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, and raw red onions or green onions.
