1 pkg. Beef Rice-A-Roni
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten.

To thicken gravy:
1-1/2 c. water
2 tsp. bouillon or 2 cubes
2 T. flour
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine Rice-A-Roni with ground beef and egg.

2. Shape into small meatballs (approx. 20).

3. Brown on all sides in skillet.

4. Combine contents of beef seasoning packet with 2-1/2 c. hot water. Pour over meat.

5. Cover and simmer 30 min.

6. To thicken gravy: Dissolve bouillon & water. Bring to boil. Mix flour and milk in shaker and add to bouillon (cooking over medium heat) slowly. Stir constantly until thick. Add to meatballs.
