1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 c pre-cooked shrimp
2 sausages (1')
5 boneless chicken breasts
1.5 c jasmine rice
4 tomatoes
6 drops hot sauce
2 bay leaves
2 red & yellow peppers chopped
1 onion chopped
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 t oregano
1 t thyme
pepper & salt
2 1/4 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breast with seasonings (should be sticky)
Heat oil, and fry chicken breasts. Set aside.
In the same Dutch oven, brown sausage, onions, peppers, tomatoes, seasonings.
Cook until onions are clear and soft.

Boil the chicken broth and add hot sauce. Add rice to Dutch oven, add chicken & shrimp. Cook for 30 minutes until liquid is gone.
