1 can of Pillsbury Grand Flaky Biscuits
3/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cups grated Parmesan
1 tsp oregano/Italian Seasoning
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Open can of biscuits and flatten each one
Put 2 chunks of cheese (about 1 inch squares each) in the middle of each biscuit then close and seal shut
Place sealed side down on greased baking sheet
Brush olive oil on top.
Sprinkle oregano, Parmesan and salt over each oiled biscuit.
Bake for 11 minutes
Broil for 1 - 2 minutes to brown top ( they will still be soft)
Brush a little more olive oil on top and sprinkle with some more Parmesan
