Cook first 8 ingredients together. When done, put about 2 teaspoons of mixture in the center of egg roll wrappers. Fold wrapper over mixture to make a triangle, fold in corners and dab egg around edge of flap to seal. Finish rolling the egg roll. Wrap egg rolls in plastic wrap to keep fresh until ready to cook. Freeze until ready to use. To cook, just deep fat fry until like gutless browned. Serve while still hot.
