3 egg yolks
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
optional whipped topping and yellow food coloring

Preheat oven to 325º. Beat eggs, milk, and juice together. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes. Cool and chil. Top with whipped topping.
