NOODLES
6-7 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
Salt (optional)
6-8 Cups Flour
1/8 tsp Baking Powder

BROTH
3-5 Pieces of Chicken (bone and skin on)
2-3# Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (shredded)
16 Cups Water
12-14 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1/2 Cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with a whip.
2. Add milk, salt, 4 cups flour & baking powder.
3. Continue to add flour till dough is ready to be rolled out.
4. Move dough to a floured surface. Roll out thin. Flour top very well.
5. Let dry for 2 to 4 hours.
6. Cut into "noodle" sized strips.

7. While NOODLES are drying boil chicken in water, until done.
8. Remove chicken from broth.
9. Add chicken bouillon and butter to broth.
10. Bring broth to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook until noodles are
tender.
11. Shred boneless chicken and add to the noodles and broth.
