1 pkg (32 oz.) frozen southern style hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 8oz sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Spray 9x13 baking dish with no-stick spray.
3. Combine potatoes, cheese, soup, sour cream and butter in a bowl.
4. Transfer to baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with cornflakes, if desired.
6. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until heated through.
