Carcass from deli roasted chicken
2 qt chicken broth
1-2 onions quartered
3 celery ribs chopped
2 carrots chopped
4-5 thyme sprigs
6-8 parsley stems
or can roast 2 lb chicken wings 400 20-25 min

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all with 4 c. water just to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 2-3 hours until carcass falls apart. Add water if bones become exposed. Strain solids and cool stock.
Refrigerate or freeze.
