2-3 lbs ground beef
1/2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. (be careful not to over mix or they will become tough).
2. Form into balls.
3. Cook.
A. Brown in skillet.
B. Bake on rack on cookie sheet in oven at 350*.
C. Put in sauce and let cook while sauce is cooking.

Dorothy likes to cook them in the sauce. It makes them more tender. She also adds Italian Sausage to the sauce while it cooks.
