1 lb ground beef
1 package mild taco seasoning
1 package rotini pasta cooked and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups water
shredded cheese
sour cream
tortilla strips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
5. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla strips.
